Another disappointing morning with temperatures already up to 18 degrees by 0700 hrs and a very light NE>2 with cloudless skies and blazing sunshine. Certainly not Fly Flatts material so an early dog walk around Foxhill was as good as it got.
By mid afternoon the wind had increased to E>3 making it feel a little fresher but too late to save the day. Another day of the same expected tomorrow but possibly a bit stronger east wind, hopefully keeping the temperature bearable. A sailing evening tomorrow so I,ll have to get up there in the morning to clear the jetty so I,m hoping it will be bird-able. Roll on autumn with windy, cold, drizzly days.
BS.
