A quieter morning at Fly Flatts

Another cold but dry morning at 8 degrees but an icy SE>3 with full cloud.
                                 Much quieter this morning with the recent wave of Dunlin moved through leaving 8 Common Sandpiper, 3 Oystercatchers and 4  Redshank whilst big gulls are moving in , attracted by plenty chicks and eggs, with 12 LBBs and 5 Herring. Just a single male Wheatear today.
                             An interesting report this morning from Sue at the sailing club who saw 6 Tern sp. low over the water >N at Fly Flatts last Sunday afternoon, just after I,d left.
