Fly Flatts in the sun!

                            Rare visitor, Dipper.

A bright start to the morning with full sun and blue sky clouding over by 0900 hrs but still pleasant on a light but cold N>2 at 2 degrees.
Still very quiet but a little bit livelier than yesterday, the highlight being a Dipper along the west bank, only my second sighting at this site.
Only small passerines were 4 Reed Bunting and a single Meadow Pipit whilst 26 Mallard, 2 Canadas and 3 BH gulls were on the water. Nothing in the sky other than 2 Raven over the quarry and 3 Herring gull >NE.
