More heat, more migrants, Fly Flatts.

                                1 of 7 Wheatear
                                Peregrine on its favourite post.

                                    1 of 4 Willow Warblers
Wheatear keeping cool by the water.

                                    8 Stonechat present

Another horror morning weather wise with the temp already up to 21 degrees at 0745 hrs with a very calm W>1 and 50% cloud.
Once again a quiet start with migrants not appearing until after 0900 hrs when Meadow Pipits first arrived on the scene with several blogging whilst others continued directly >S. The compound bushes suddenly came to life with Stonechat, Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff and Wheatear but only one quick sighting of a Whinchat.
The Lagoon tree held 2 Willow Warblers and 5 Goldfinch but nothing on the water and a few Swallows in the air along with 2 Raven and a juv Peregrine.
Several of these later Wheatears now moving through could pass as Greenlands as the one in the last photo shows with exceedingly long legs and a bright buff chest but I could,nt get anything else on it.
