Another day, another bank of fog. Leeshaw.

                                    Distant Common Sandpiper

                                        1 of 2 Heron

Yet another morning of thick fog on the tops with Leeshaw being just below the cloud base but dark and misty throughout. Dead calm conditions at 12 degrees.
Very little sky visibility and hazy over the water with no chance of vis mig other than a few Swallows through low. A single Common Sandpiper was a bonus as well as a Merlin skimming through fast and low along the banking.
Poor on the gulls with around 100 Black Headed but only 1 LBB and 1 Herring and no Common.
Otherwise, 2 Heron, 4 Cormorants, 9 Stock Dove plus the usual species.
