Thanks to DW for coming in the garage this morning after finding 2m 1f Ring Ouzels on Soil Hill, a good start to the season after 1 reported earlier in the week by DP.
Got the message out on the grapevine and DJS got a sighting in the same area early in the afternoon.
A single male Wheatear was also reported today by a customer at the Raggalds flood along with 3 Pied Wagtails.
No time for me birding today with work, supermarket and Shelf Moor gardening performing hand to hand combat with a Pampas Grass, them things just are tough.
Going by the BTO migration blog we should be in for a productive weekend with most migrants back in most areas.
