                                        Single Curlew

                                    Snipe heading >W

                                    Lots of Reed Bunting
                                Reed Bunting and Whitethroat.
                                    Whitethroat, Mipit and Reed Bunting

                                        Plenty Linnets

A very blustery morning with a moderate SW>4 and full dark clouds bringing drizzle at 14 degrees. By mid morn the skies cleared and out came the sun.
Nothing much reservoir wise this morning but plenty to check out with swarms of small migrants along the track side hedges and the few small trees. Good counts of  Goldfinch, Mipits, Linnets and Reed Bunting along with 4 Willow Warbler, 3 Wrens and a single Whitethroat.
Snipe were heading >W with 8 high over the water along with a poor count of Black Headed and LBBs, also >W, with just a handful of each on the shore and empty gull fields.
Other than that, just 3 Cormorant, 2 Heron, 2 Oystercatchers plus the usual species with a lower count of hirundine today.
Another part cloudy day tomorrow with a light WSW and good visibility.
