Ogden gulls

Just 3 sub adult Herring gulls
Around 30 1cy  birds.  Juv Herring
Several shades of LBB gull, non dark enough for intermedius.

Starting to show winter head streaking.

                                                          LH gull 2cy LBB
                                                 Commons with a bored LBB
                                                   Herring
                                                    2cy LBB
                                                  Herring gull

Just time for a gull check at Ogden late afternoon after a day of thick fog and heavy showers but brightened up by the time I got to Ogden.
A scan of the full shoreline from the prom failed to find any waders or anything unusual on the water so concentrated on the pre roost gulls on the east shore just giving me time to go through them before they started to leave.
A good count of Black Headed but still awaiting a Med gull in with them which has got to happen one day. Just 3 near adult Herring gull showing slight tinge of brown in primary tips whilst there were around 20 adult and sub adult LBBs as well as around 30 1cy and 2cy birds plus 11 Commons.
Yellow Legged Herrings seem to be dropping off a little now although I am tending to get out at the wrong times of day lately.
