A look at the waders at Fly Flatts 2021.

 Just a look back of wader species seen at Fly Flatts this year(2021) from March to August.
They were in order but the blog decided to scatter them about a bit.
Heavy freezing all day today at Queensbury and heavy snow most of the afternoon giving a good covering on top of the last one.

                                      Non of the chicks survived this year.
                                     April           First Redshanks arrived back

                                  April      Golden Plover returning to the fields but a poor year.

                                  April              Dunlin starting to appear


                              This pair of Ringed Plover arrived in March and stayed until 
                          the end of July after loosing 2 broods.

                                   April           Dunlin numbers building up.
