NOTE !!
No sightings of Roe Deer, Fox, Hare or Badger will be mentioned on this blog throughout the year and links will be removed from other blogs giving the whereabouts of these mammals due to the rising influx of poaching, long dogging and lamping by sick individuals.

Fly Flatts p.m.

Much pleasanter up there late afternoon with 90% cloud cover and just a hint of hazy sunshine on a nice cool SE>4 which was enough to keep the picnickers away.
Birds were active but just the same as this morning with Redshanks, Common Sandpipers, Oystercatchers and Wheatear and no sign of Ringed Plover as yet.
Several Black Headed gulls headed >SW  whilst 2 Herring gull headed >W which will soon be marking the end of gull sightings for the summer, the Commons already seeming to have left the area and headed to their breeding grounds.
