Dinner time dash to Raggalds Flood

                                  A busy shoreline

Hopefully the saying, birds attract birds
                                         will work.

                                         That will do nicely

A bright mild day with plenty clear skies and little wind.
Raggalds Flood looked good at lunch time with 32 Lapwing, 5 Common and 8 Black Headed gulls but no wildfowl.
Half expected Teal with Bradshaw John finding 7 at Ogden, see his blog, but not to be .

8 Redwing flew >E over the garage this morning and 4 Lapwing towards Shelf Moor late p.m.
Foxhill quiet today with just the usual small gulls , House Sparrows and Starlings whilst a single Wren was by the back garden.

Hospital appointment with Lynda tomorrow to be checked with the consultant, nearly 12 months since her op now and going on ok though was told she,ll never eat again other than soft yoghurt and the like but last year she didnt expect to see this Christmas so a small price to pay.
One hospital dental surgery to get through on Thursday then a rest over Christmas for her.
