NOTE !!

Wader clear out / Fly Flatts

                                Just 6 Wheatear present today
                                    Plenty Meadow Pipits

                                    Only 2 LBB gull

A very calm dry morning with good visibility on a SE>2 at 9 degrees and full cloud.
Yesterdays big wader movement down the country worked the opposite way for Fly Flatts with an overnight clear out of several waders with all the Ringed Plovers gone, other than the breeding pair, along with all but 4 Common Sandpipers, whilst just 6 Wheatear present.
On the plus side, several Sanderling were reported on the move so a good chance of a sighting in the next few days. The only sky movement today was several Swallows heading >S but none of the other hirundines from yesterday.
Common Scoters are still on the move with a text of a male on Redcar Tarn today, ( D and HK ).
A light NW and fog forecast for morning, lovely !!
