Nice red sunrise then snow and rain throughout.

Red sunrise appearing beyond Queensbury church
                                                 Bright sky back o t'mill
                                                              Very short lived

A lovely red sunrise this morning which just lasted long enough to get these quick snaps before it was extinguished with cloud.
The rest of the day was a mixture of rain, sleet and snow on a moderate S>4 with fog patches rolling in mid afternoon and the temp never rising above 4 degrees.
The morning dog walk produced 58 Common gull and 12 BH gull in Foxhill Park whilst a small group of 8 Goldfinch headed >S probably looking for feeders.
Old Guy Road had 3 Pied Wagtail on the cricket pitch and a single Meadow Pipit whilst 14 Lapwing were in the fields along with 5 BH gulls and around 100 Starling.
Not the most exciting of days.
