I,ve had better days, Fly Flatts.

                                                 The 2 resident Barnacle geese.

A poor double watch at Fly Flatts today with conditions just too calm and warm even though visibility was good and 7/8 okt cloud cover.
Swallows and Swifts were moving whilst 2 Curlew came over high and >W during the morning but all was quiet late afternoon.
A single Black Headed gull was on the east bank along with 6 LBBs and 2 Herring whilst another 2 BHGs came in on the water.
Wheatear were up to 5 with the juv still being fed but in the distance.
Another day without a wader on the deck but any time now when we get some decent wet and windy weather.
