It was 1730 hrs today before I,d got clear with shopping and a mountain of dashing around to do.
With the day being so dull and grey darkness was already starting to creep in so just time for a dash to Ogden to check for Whoopers which proved fruitless.
The water held 9 Canadas, 1 male Goldeneye and the usual Mallards with all the small gulls already gone off to roost.
Around 60 Lesser Black Backed gulls came overhead along with 11 Herring gulls all heading >NE probably on route to the Eccup roost.
So thats the full amount of my Saturdays birding and now back to decorating which may be on going in the morning if that fog creeps back in.
