Ogden Goosanders
With the weather absolutely atrocious it was a trip to Ogden in a near gale force WNW>6-7 with torrential rain hail and sleet showers. Needless to say passerine life was none existent other than a few Robins and Tits whilst a pair of Goosander were on the water taking advantage of a brief bright period by flying off >NE.
During a blizzarding hail storm 7 odd looking gulls were coming over turning out to be Curlews heading towards Fly Flatts.
Raggalds Flood held
2 Lapwing
8 BH gulls
2 Common gulls
Shelf Moor, Corporal Lane, Green Lane were deserted.
