Snicket through to Old Guy Road.
Another perfectly clear, bright and frosty morning but this deteriorated by midday with rain coming in from the south and not clearing until last light. A dog walk over the mountain this evening found it calm and mild with a clear starry sky.
A bit quieter today on the bird reports apart from a single Whooper on Ogden , Calder grapevine, but this had gone by late afternoon. Thanks to JL for reporting it gone which saved me flying over there to get some pics after work.
Called down at Shelf Moor trailer park field instead which was not one of my better ideas. The field was deserted and I,d 20 minutes sat in traffic getting the half a mile back.
Brighouse/Denholme road is a no go area now morning and tea time with the new Tesco traffic lights installed.
On a good note ,a dozen Fieldfare came up out of the car boot field and went into trees in Littlemoor Park to roost.
