Waders creeping through. Fly Flatts.

                                   Waders, SW corner

                                    Dunlins and Common Sandpiper

                                    2 of 4 Dunlin

                                    Tufted family doing well.

A decent weather morning again with a cool W>3-4 at 12 degrees and cloudy sunshine.
Another 4 new arrivals today with 2 more Dunlin and 2 Common Sandpiper moving around between the south and north shore.
A walk on the west bank to the NW corner  found 1 Dunlin, 1 Common Sandpiper, whilst the others were in the SW corner, 8 LBB gulls and 4 Black Headed gulls, as well as 2 juv Kestrels constantly finding food in the mud. The family of Tufted were at the north end whilst 2 Raven were over the Nab.
Several Swallows were piling through, all >W into the wind but a big clear out of Meadow Pipits and Wheatears was apparent with none to be found, leaving just the Goldfinches and Pied Wagtails. No doubt another wave of Mipits and Wheatears will be arriving shortly.
Looking like wet and windy for morning with a moderate Westerly increasing by midday
