Thwarted by the white stuff.

                                    A snow bound Queensbury.

                                    Foxhill.
                                    Here comes the fog.

                                    Main Brighouse/Denholme Rd.

This sighting,s  as rare as seeing a Pectoral Sandpiper at Fly Flatts.
They dont usually come to Qby in bad weather.

No sign of snow when I got up this morning so preparing for a gull check at Mixenden but by the time I was geared up the snow started coming down heavy. Within 15 minutes there was a good covering so trip aborted.
The snow has continued heavy all day so, other than a few dog walks over Foxhill, the job,s been a bad-un.
Tons of snow to shift up here so not looking good for morning although it,s forecast to turn to rain after midnight tonight.
