NOTE !!
No sightings of Roe Deer, Fox, Hare or Badger will be mentioned on this blog throughout the year and links will be removed from other blogs giving the whereabouts of these mammals due to the rising influx of poaching, long dogging and lamping by sick individuals.

Mission impossible, Ogden.

As good as it got, Treecreepers.

A real horror of a morning rapidly deteriorating from light drizzle to a mix of rain and horizontal heavy drizzle on a strong SW>6 gusting 7 at 5 degrees.
Visibility very poor across the water with the dense drizzle clouds and the dreaded problem of steamed up and saturated bins. Just 2 BH gulls on the water along with the usual Mallards.
The west bank was more sheltered from the wind and rain but very dark and quiet with a small Tit flock of around 20 Great and Blue Tits moving through the waterside trees along with 4 Treecreepers present but no sign of Redpoll, Siskin or Bullfinch in the Alders.
Other than that, Blackbird, Raven and half a dozen resident Crows.
Tomorrows looking like a no go at present with heavy rain and a gale force sou'wester. A possible respite Wednesday then anything could happen with a week of snow showers predicted.
