Leeshaw Reservoir

                                    3 of 10 Goosander
                                    3 Oystercatchers, far shore

                                        Poor show of gulls
                                    Lapwing numbers building

A dull but clear morning at Leeshaw with full cloud on a SW>3 at 3 degrees and thick fog on the tops.
A good count of Goosanders on the water this morning with 5 pairs giving a chance of  bringing in a Smew. A single Curlew was again in a distant field whilst 3 Oystercatchers were on the north bank.
A poor show of gulls with only 2 LBBs and 4 Herring along with around 200 small gulls. Lapwing numbers are building but otherwise down to the usual Greylags, Canadas and Mallards.
Wet and windy tomorrow but much milder.
