Yesterdays excitement with the Raggalds Flood was short lived after a dinner time dash found very little water and no Mallards. Just 1 distant Wheatear present plus Linnets and Goldfinch.
An interesting e mail from Michael Welch reporting the Lanner Falcon flying over Oats Royd yesterday at 1715 hrs. Obviously hanging around the area.
A great find by DJS of a very late Swift over Ringby Top today, well spotted Dave.
