With the idea of checking Ogden every day this week , mainly for Scoters, paid off today when NK discovered a drake Pochard on the water, a rare find for this location.
A quick visit late afternoon found the bird near the feeding station but in a position hard to see for bushes and the sun behind.
Luckily it kept appearing briefly with enough time for a few shots.
Nice find by NK and thanks for the call.
The drake tufted has also returned.
