Queensbury south

Above photo sent in by Tracy Collier.

Just missed a cracking photo of 2 ad 2 juvs all together on this wall but as
soon as I pulled up they spread.      Photo BS

A quick check of Queensbury south this morning before work found 2 adult and 2 juv Little Owls in the usual area but splitting up before I,d chance to snap them.
A few Black Headed gulls are getting in the fields now and 3 Common gulls were early returners.
11 Lapwing were in MR Bs car boot field unable to use the trailer park field due to long grass.
A single Heron headed > SW over Shibden.

Swifts were moving well at midday with several over Foxhill in migration mode all fast and >SW whilst a single Common gull was overhead.

Thats right Tracy, the juvs tend to be a bit more docile.
