Quite pleased with this in B&W
Not much chance of finding a YL in B&W.
LEESHAW Back to colour though not much different in the conditions.
An amazing 83 Herring present
This is how 98 images came out from the afternoon visit to Ogden.?
- Mist on the hills as per usual sent me to Leeshaw once again in a SW>4 and drizzle brightening slightly by mid morn at 5 degrees.
- A great morning for Herring gulls with a count of 83 either on the water or stopping off before heading >W . Once again only 3 Lesser Black Backed along with around 500 small gulls.
- Otherwise it was just down to the usual geese and Mallard.
- Late afternoon and a late start so just time to check out the
- water at Ogden which here also had a good count of 14 Herrings and around 200 small gulls. Leaf clearing was on going in the lodge house garden so nothing on the feeders though a group of 8 Long Tailed Tits were on the info centre feeders. A lady on the prom told me she had seen a pair of Mandarin duck on the water a few days ago and a regular dog walker said they were there again this morning. After taking 98 photos this afternoon it was shock, horror when I down loaded them to find that for some reason they had all been taken with auto pink filter for some reason and were irreversible. I,ve got till morning now to sort it out plus I,ve to sort out why the paragraphs and spacing have all gone to pot on this new blog system??
