Company tonight so a bit late on the blog and very little to put.
Shot ice up here in Queensbury this morning but cleared by mid a.m. leaving a windy dull day with near gale force S>6-7 and heavy rain after dark.
No sign of the Chiffchaff today but an unusual sighting of c100 Jackdaws over >SW mid day which was an odd time and not the usual morning, late afternoon, roosting birds.
3 LBB and a single Herring gull went over >NW early afternoon and the local f. Sparrowhawk skimmed across the garage car park.
Hopefully something good will turn up over the weekend as a Christmas present and a final boost to the annual list.
