Pics from Sunday

Sunday morning sunrise over Queensbury from Soil Hill

                                            Through the trees at Ogden
The stream from Great Scar entering Ogden res.

Sunday sunset dropping into cloud over Ringby.
A good sunrise and sunset Sunday but nothing in between.

A brighter day today with quite a bit of activity in the sky though nothing out of the norm.
A few Redwings seemed to have moved into the area with one or two flitting about in the Station Rd trees
whilst a text from NK reporting a flock this morning heading towards the garage which must have changed direction on the way, thanks for the call anyway Nigel.
A pair of Chaffinch were by Foxhill park at lunch time along with 4 Collared Doves, the latter being absent since the breeding season..
Otherwise it was small gulls, corvids, Magpies and Starlings although the massive Starling flocks seem to have dispersed for the time being.
