Shelf Moor

A poor day again as expected whilst this high pressure hangs over us with all yesterdays Willow Warblers moved on during the night.
A quick look at Shelf Moor tonight amidst shopping found c100 mixed large and small gulls up over the fields very high and soaring around, probably spooked from one of the fields.
A walk down the Lion Gate track proved fruitless for Little Owl but there was disturbance around the area with a security guard checking the property and seeing how loud he could shout into his mobile.
Being selfish, I hope this weathers gone by Sunday.
