Foggy Oggy,

 Wednesday Dec 4th 2024.

                                    A misty Ogden

                                    As good as it got.

Dense fog at Queensbury but slightly clearer at Ogden, clearing to mist by 0930 hrs. A light  S>2 at 3 degrees.
Visibility was clear enough to see over the water which was empty, other than around 30 small gulls and 2 Herrings plus the usual Mallards. A Nuthatch was on the feeders along with Coal and Blue Tits.
Nothing in the east and west waterside trees apart from the usual Robins, Wrens, Dunnocks and Blackbirds.
Strange how small areas of water like parks and dams are alive with wildfowl and gulls but the local reservoirs remain void of birds.
Looking like a dry window in the morning after heavy overnight rain then rain again in the afternoon on a moderate WSW>5.
