Ogden big gulls
House Martins were moving well over Queensbury all >S from late afternoon and this continued during an evening check of Ogden.
Conditions were poor with blazing sunshine and blue skies so other than the House Martins nothing else was on the move.
16 LBB gulls were on the water along with c 60 Black Headeds, 5 Canada geese and 2 ad Gt Crested Grebe.
After having no woodpecker species this year my last visit produced 2 Greens and tonight a Gt Spotted flew over noisily disappearing into the plantation.
The Mistle Thrush flock from Soil Hill were not to be seen this evening.
