Turnstone, Fly Flatts
Wheatears return in autumn plumage
Last few Spotted Flycatchers hanging on
Greenshank at Oxenhope
Common gulls return starting to show speckled
head, autumn plumage.
Wheatears on Old Guy Rd cricket pitch
Willow Warblers dispersing
3 Common Scoters, Ogden
Much to the dislike of a juv Gt Crested Grebe
Hungry Cormorants return after Yorkshire trout, Leeshaw.
Poor pics but pouring down
Cormorants invade Ogden 11 present.
A day of sunshine and showers with very little activity and no time for after work birding.
Foxhill park held 43 Common gulls this morning before being disturbed by dog walkers whilst LBB gulls were moving >NW.
