Whoopers for Ogden
A tour of the reservoirs looking for Whoopers and chasing the fog started off poor but finished well.
Thick fog banks were down in the valley but soon started lifting and seemed to be following me round.
First stop Leeming which was clear but quiet, then on to Leeshaw which was a bit livelier but after 30 minutes the fog crept in and stopped the job.
Up to Fly Flatts which was foggy, then 15 minutes clear before being fogged off again.
Just set off for Ogden on the way home when a text came from DF reporting 2 Whoopers on Ogden, bingo.
Met Dave there who was just leaving and got the Whoopers which were of course around the far end and in the middle. Just managed to get some shots before once again the fog appeared.
A Green Woodpecker flew across the front of me on the promenade.
