Some from yesterday

                    Ogden Whooper Swans

          A crowded shoreline, Leeshaw
                   Fog down below Leeshaw

                                    A shrouded Fly Flatts
Battle of the wings at Ogden.

A cold and wet N>5 today brought a few flocks of Redwing into the area along with 5 Whooper Swans over Oxenhope, reports from HC and DJS.
The dry start to the morning saw a few Meadow Pipits >S and 9 Chaffinch also >S along with several LBB gulls very high and slowly soaring >S looking like raptors up in the grey skies. By 0900hrs the rain had arrived and any signs of vis mig had gone.
Well done to HC today sticking it out high up on Sentry Hill in shocking conditions vis mig watching and DJS checking the reservoirs.
