Queensbury Today

Nearly got it but wrong camera.    Fuji 30x

                                  Queensbury church from Sourheads
                                      The overgrown allotments on Sourheads
A head for heights. Black Dyke Mill chimney

Last one off bring the scaffolding.

A hot sunny day with the only signs of vis mig being early morning with a few Meadow Pipits now starting to change direction from >W to direct >S.
A report at lunchtime from DS of c20 House Martins over the Deanstones Lane area slowly moving through.
Thanks for that Denise, all eyes are on you now for another Yellow Browed Warbler, no pressure there then.
A walk on sourheads at lunch time found a couple of Willow Warblers on the old allotments and whilst dog walking in Foxhill park the local Sparrowhawk came over but only having the small camera with me the shot was poor. The problem with the Fuji 30x bridge is its so slow to switch on and zoom by which time the bird has moved on.
