Summer hits Queensbury

Last of the sun over Foxhill

A glorious day with wall to wall sunshine and temperatures well up, yes , even in Queensbury.
Unfortunately no time to enjoy it with a work through dinner then off to Leeds getting back just in time to get the last of a beautiful sky as the sun went down.
A real Osprey moving sky last light and sadly no repeat of yesterdays moving Buzzard midday.
Well into the 3rd week at Leeds now with 3 and a bit to go so passing on nicely.
Lynda suffering with every side effect they promised us but handling it well so far.

Read a disturbing article in a Country Life mag at the hospital saying Buzzards are getting too numerous and threatening our wildlife and should be classed as vermin so they can be controlled.
Surprisingly the article was written by a gamekeeper which really meant they want to carry on doing to them what they are doing now but legally.
