Raggalds Flood this morning
Evening sky over Foxhill
A check of Raggalds Flood at 0700hrs this morning found just 2 Lapwing, 1 Pied Wagtail and 2 Canada Geese with no sign of yesterdays Redshanks.
Tried again after the Leeds run at 1900hrs with just 1 Lapwing and a Pied Wagtail present.
The next door neighbour reported a Heron low over the park whilst I was away early evening and he had previously found a large portion of frog spawn in the park probably dropped by the same bird. Looks like a local garden pond is getting robbed.
Today was the half way mark for Lyndas radiation with 3 weeks done and 3 to go.
Plenty nasty side effects showing now causing a lot of discomfort but she,s still trooping on and handling it well.
