Queensbury, The north wind doth blow.

                                        Sunrise over the traffic lights
BHG,  Black hoods on the way now

                                  Littlemoor Park, from the weekend.

A bright sunny day with little cloud but an icy cold N>5 known in Queensbury as a Lazy Wind, too lazy to go round you so it goes through you.
A little sign of movement early a.m. with 5 Meadow Pipits >NE over the garage and a single Skylark over Foxhill park at lunch time heading >NW towards Soil Hill.
Otherwise it was just the usual but a customer that dog walks in Littlemoor park told me that he has regular sightings of Gt Spotted Wdpecker down there, a bird that is in decline in this area with birds missing from feeders down Station Rd and last year were nearly none existent at Ogden.
