Here we go again
Another spring breeding season and again a large moorland fire in the Fly Flatts area.
The fire, viewed from Ogden and Ned Hill, is concentrated just to the SW of the Withins possibly beyond Cold Edge Dams but with the strength of the wind it could spread rapidly.
Fire crews were in attendance and a fire officer was at Ned Hill taking photos.
Ogden itself was quiet due to the wind and partly unworkable due to the heavy smoke lying in the valley.
As reported by Denise, the long staying m Goldeneye has moved on.
