Sparrowhawk returns to Queensbury M.O.T.
A grey day today until mid afternoon when the sun finally broke through showing some blue sky.
After an absence from before winter a Sparrowhawk made a dive through the feeders and went away empty handed landing on a roof top where it stayed for 10 minutes before off to try its look again.
The garage feeders were lively today with Blue and Coal tits, House Sparrows and the 2 usual Woodpigeons, along with the usual Blacbirds, Dunnocks and resident Robin.
All went quiet for a while after the Sparrowhawk flypast but things soon returned to normal.
Got all geared up to shoot to Ogden after work to get the 6 Whooper Swans there but after a message from DJS in the afternoon saying they had left that job was cancelled,
