NOTE !!
No sightings of Roe Deer, Fox, Hare or Badger will be mentioned on this blog throughout the year and links will be removed from other blogs giving the whereabouts of these mammals due to the rising influx of poaching, long dogging and lamping by sick individuals.

Queensbury Today

Another spring like day after a heavy frost first thing . Much warmer today with the strength of the sun now being felt.
Most of yesterdays gulls had moved on today leaving 5 Commons and 6 Black Headed, 3 of which had a full black hood.
Several pairs of Chaffinch were around the edge of the park which is an unusual sight for Foxhill but this has happened on previous years and just as you think they are getting established they move on.
Magpies, Rooks and Crows are all busy nest building in and around the park and in Chapel Lane graveyard whilst 2 pair of Blackbirds have established their old nests in the conifers at the garage.
Quiet skies today with no sign of movement.
