The Breeding Season

As from now until the end of the breeding season birds of a sensitive nature will be omitted from this blog due to a small percentage of undesirables who take their pleasure from egg collecting, nest destroying and the killing and trapping of birds.
Reports of non breeding birds moving through the area will still be published. BS

A Foggy Queensbury

Common Gulls in Foxhill

The amazing view east from the Dailies taken yesterday

Thick overnight fog lasted till just after midday then a brighter afternoon but nothing like yesterdays weather.

Robins and Dunnocks are up singing behind the garage daily now and 2 pair of Blackbirds are starting nest building in a wall covered with ivy. A small flock of 15 Fieldfare flew >N over the garage and 12 Common gull were in Foxhill park, otherwise a quiet day.
Lets hope the weekend produces the goods.
