Blue tits on the move.

        Flock of Tits moving through

          Taking advantage of the feeders
Tonight dog walk in the rain, Fleet Lane top
              A blacked out Foxhill park
   Can.t beat a good lampost

                     Footpath to Old Guy Rd

A better day after a damp misty start with some clear blue skies p.m. but heavy rain showers after dark.
A report this morning via Halifax grapevine of a near miss with a skein of Pink Footed geese over Shibden but heading >W which will have taken them away from the village.
Lunch time found a good flock of around 20 Blue Tits and at least 3 Coal Tits working their way along the edge of Foxhill park stopping off at garden feeders as they went.
Possibly heard a Goldcrest amongst them but could,nt pick it out.

Common gull numbers were down in the park mid day but some massive flocks of Starlings working their way around Foxhill estate.
