Completely fogged off at Fly Flatts this morning so ended up at Ogden which was below the cloud base but heavy horizontal drizzle.
Despite the conditions some vis mig took place, the highlight being 4 Jays high and >W whilst 2 Kingfishers were down in the sluice gate area.
Up to Fly Flatts on a bright, clear afternoon but a moderate W>5 only to find the track once again under construction and no access so over the tops to Leeshaw reservoir to do some gull watching in hopes of Terns and Osprey, none of which materialized.
The water was very high and very rough but a good supply of gulls constantly moving through with a good number of Herrings, mainly juvs.
The area was alive with Swallows and House Martins feeding over the water but no wildfowl present other than a single Mallard.
