Back home to Fly Flatts, Fog gone .

                                             Sun on the boathouse
                                                     1 of 11 distant Teal
Group of Teal way over by the east shore

Remember this, sky and sun briefly.

1500 hrs and back to Fly Flatts, after 3 days of fog, with hazy mist over the west moor but skies breaking up leaving blues skies and even a bit of last minute sunshine on a cool NE>4.
A walk on the west banking hoping for some sort of passerine on the seed but not to be but got some more down just in case.
The east bank area was busy with 63 Mallard around the peninsular and 2 small groups of  Teal with a couple in the water making a count of 11 altogether along with 9 Golden Plover on the mud which is now receding fast as the water continues to rise.
A Raven flew over the quarry and 2 Stonechat were near the boatyard. About 15 BH gulls came in at last light before moving off to roost.
Hopefully no fog in the morning.

Raggalds Flood came back to life today with a pair of Teal, 4 Mallard and 7 Lapwing present.
