LBBs now moving in lower numbers
With early morning fog and continuous rain showers throughout the day there was very little sign of movement although Swallows flowed through steadily all >S and >SW. By tea time the skies had brightened slightly with Swallow numbers increased leaving several bloggers feeding over the fields.
A quick last light tour found 3 Wheatear in Tracys field plus 28 Common gulls and 8 Lapwing.
Corporal Hill had several small gulls and 6 LBBs, 4 of which were juvs.
Green Lane had a few small gulls,90% being BHGs , and several feeding Swallows. Again no sign of the Little Owls.
