Fly Flatts 0715-1000hrs Early mist then strong NE>5 dropping to NE>3. Broken cloud and sunshine.
A decent morning though the moors now have lost the call of the Curlew with 1 remaining pair near the turbines probably waiting for a late chick to fly so they also can head for the coast.
5 LBBs were on the W banking briefly with others moving over >SW, whilst several Swifts were over the water slowly drifting >S with plenty young in tow.
Got plenty Nyger seed down but no sign of Twite and had a bit of a problem with the sheep thinking I was feeding them but they only sniffed the seed and moved on.
