                                    Juv Wheatear

                                    Vey distant Peregrine

                                    Juv Pied Wagtail

                                    Sky full of Swifts

A decent morning at Fly Flatts with full cloud on a light WSW>3 at 10 degrees. Early drizzle showers soon cleared.
Back down to earth today after a good start to the month with a steady watch and little happening though it was sailing club regatta day so quite a bit of disturbance.
The juv Wheatear was still present along with 3 juv Pied Wagtails and several juv Swallows whilst the air was once again full of Swifts feeding low over the water.
A single Sand Martin was a surprise for this site and a Peregrine passed through at distance beyond the turbines. Only 4 LBB gulls >SW and the only waders were 4 Common Sandpipers.
Very strange up there now not to ear the Curlews and Lapwings calling.
Not looking good conditions for reservoir watching in the morning with part sunny on a very light westerly.
