Match abandoned. Getting ready for the Med gulls.

With the temperature up to 25 degrees and rising early morn it was too hot for the dogs, let alone me, so just a walk around Foxhill in the shade of the trees. By mid afternoon we had a record breaking temperature of 36 degrees at Queensbury and 38 at the Range in Halifax. Hopefully thats it for now.
With the end of July approaching we start to enter the gull season and start scrolling through the flocks of Black Headed gulls in search of the elusive Mediterranean gull in local fields and reservoirs. For the ones that think gull watching is not completely mad I,ve put together some of the Med gulls found last year, and this, so far with Med gulls usually picked out between the end of July until late March.
