Another morning of good conditions with a SW>2 inc 3 with full cloud at 12 degrees. Visibility was slightly impaired with the dark clouds throwing areas into silhouette.
A hectic morning with the shore alive with waders and chicks as well as a continuation in movement with more Curlews over >SE and the arrival of more Wheatear with 2 adult female, 1 adult male and a single juv which is a good record for June for this area. Swifts fliied the air again all feeding and slowly drifting >S whilst 3 LBB gulls headed >NE.
Into July tomorrow and a critical month for moving waders where anything can turn up, watch this space.
