A mix of sunshine and cloud on a cold NE>4 with another of those struggling birding days.
With Pippa showing some worrying signs this morning it was a quick visit to the vets with her but fortunately not a problem so came away with some antibiotics for her and a £250 bill for me. Our 3 dogs never get ill apart from bank holidays when its emergency out of hours fee.
This afternoon a walk to Oats Royd found track repairs going on with diggers and dumpers flying around so could only get access to the top end coming away with a single Chiffchaff
and a few Robins etc so not the best of days but at least Easter is out of the way so there should be less folk walking around tomorrow.
Just to top up the blog and sicken me off completely Ive put a few pics together of some of the birds I was viewing at this time last year at Fly Flatts.
